meshes

Meshes is a performance collective consisting of Jaleh Negari (drums), Felia Gram-Hanssen (drums), Stine Frandsen (dance) and Lea Vendelbo Petersen (dance). Together they create performances that triggers an alertness to modes of seeing and listening. In an often tight framing like a game structure they approach the energy of the drum kit and contemporary dance with a combination of playfulness and meditative attitudes.

Meshes creates work for music venues, galleries and theatres for dance. They have amongst other venues performed at Statens Museum for Kunst, Copenhagen Contemporary as a part og G((o))ng Tomorrow and at Literaturhaus.
